JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The present Writ Appeal has been instituted challenging the writ order dated 16.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.12698 of 2021.
2. The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court. In pursuance to the recruitment notification for selection to the post of Police Constable Grade II, the appellant submitted the application and participated in the process of selection. The appellant was successful in the written examination, and attended physical endurance test and he applied under the sports quota. As per the application form submitted by the appellant, he has stated that he has produced Form II. On verification of certificates furnished by the appellant, the authorities found that the certificates are not in terms of Form II as stated under the information brochure supplied to the candidates, who participated in the process of selection.
3. This Court has also gone into the nature of certificate produced by the appellant, which is not in the terms stipulated under Form II. Regarding

Form 2, the candidates participated in the National Level competitions has to submit the certificate from the competent authority. Since the said certificate had not been produced by the appellant, the writ court has rightly dismissed the writ petition, which deserves no further consideration.
