In this petition, on 23rd June, 2017, this Court passed the following order :- “…….After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the respondents are directed not to till 3.07.2017 encash bank guarantees furnished by the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 10,71,81,038/-, bank guarantees whereof stand furnished to the respondents in respect of security for execution of the awarded work to the petitioner.”
2. In view of the order passed in Arbitration Case No. 88 of 2017, this petition is disposed of by extending the aforesaid interim order, dated 23rd June, 2017, passed in this 1 Whether Reporters of local newspaper are permitted to see the judgment ? petition, till the issue with respect to interim order/measure to be considered and decided by the learned Arbitrator.
