ORDER
This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, to dispose of Co-op. CMA.No.2 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and carefully perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, to dispose of Co-op. CMA.No.2 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
