ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondents have not settled the provident fund amount due to him, has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus.
2. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for admission, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents and submits that out of the total eligible amount, a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has been disbursed to the petitioner and the balance amount of Rs.3,66,000/- is yet to be paid and the same would be disbursed within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to disburse the balance amount within a period of three weeks from today.
