JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by ABDUL QUDDHOSE J.) Today, the matter is listed under the caption “For Dismissal”.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present.

However, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant in place of the old counsel for the appellant. The name of the appellant is also printed in the cause list today as directed by us on the last hearing date.
