ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8656 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026.
2. Heard Mr.A.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 10.03.2026 passed in W.P.No.8656 of 2026 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has gone through the compliance order and has not raised any objection in closing the Contempt Petition.
