ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8806 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026.
2. Heard Ms.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Elayaraj Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the order dated 12.03.2026 passed in W.P.No.8806 of 2026 has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has gone through the compliance order and has not raised any objection in closing the Contempt Petition.
