This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.28229 of 2025, dated 30.04.2026.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as against the above orders, they have filed writ appeal and the Division Bench has granted an order of interim stay on 29.10.2026 in CMP(MD)No.14817 of 2026 in WA(MD)No.1733 of 2026.
3.
