2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, proceedings had been initiated as early as on 09.12.2025.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, even though there is a delay in complying with the directions of this Court in initiating the proceedings, this Court is of the view of that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Petition.
