COMMON JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Sathish Kumar J.) Appeal has been filed challenging the order of the learned Single Judge granting interim injunction, the present appeals have been filed.
2. The learned Senior Counsel points out that on 23.10.2026, only application for grant of leave in A.No.4562 of 2026 alone was listed along with filing number in CS.SR.No.185351 of 2026, however, without leave being granted earlier, interim order has been passed on that date.
3. Heard the learned senior counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.
4. On perusal of the case files, particularly, the cause-list published on that day clearly shows that what was listed is only the leave application in A.No.4562 of 2026 in CS.SR.No.185351 of 2026, however interim order has been granted. Be that as it may, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the leave application has been disposed of and granted at the later point of time.
5. Be that as it may, since the matter is pending before the learned Single Judge and interim order appears to have been passed prior to the leave granted, we are inclined to vacate the interim order and dispose of these appeals.
6. Accordingly, these appeals stand disposed of. No costs. Since leave is granted later, we request the learned Single Judge to hear the interim application
