ORDER
The petitioner is a contractual employee. Aggrieved over the notification issued by respondents for appointment of Legal Cum Probation Officers, she has filed this writ petition.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the selection process is over and another person has been appointed in the petitioner's place.
3. The petitioner / a contractual employee cannot as a matter of right, claim that she should be allowed to continue in the post. Therefore, recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30-10-2026 DSK
