PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the appointment of Mr.U./s.Irbhanyasick as Watchman w.e.f 01.08.2025 and pay arrears of salary with all consequential monetary benefits arising thereon and by considering the proposal dated 06.10.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner management has appointed a person as Night Watchman in their school and also made a proposal to approve the appointment. Now the management has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to approve their proposal
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the 3rd respondent / Chief Educational Officer, by his proceedings dated 23.10.2026 has rejected the proposal of the petitioner. He has also placed a copy of the said proceedings before this court and also served a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
