ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner statutory appeal vide in Na.Ka.Aa6/38982/2025 which is pending before the 1st respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: “The first respondent is directed to dispose of appeal filed by petitioner Na.Ka.Aa6/38982/2025 on merits and in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
