2. Heard the learned Counsel either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court is inclined to issue the following directions: “The respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 19.08.2026 on merits and in accordance with law after affording sufficient opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
