ORDER
After submitting representation dated 08.10.2026 seeking permission to garland the portrait of freedom fighter Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar on 30.10.2026 at a fixed time, the present Writ Petition was filed.
2. Accepting notice for the sole respondent, Mr.M.S.Parthiban, learned Government Advocate, has handed over a copy of order dated 23.10.2026 rejecting the petitioner's request.
