PRAYER: Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to provide all the documents mentioned in the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2026 and extend the time to the petitioner to submit explanation.

ORDER
The petitioner received show cause notice dated 18.08.2026 from the second respondent. By representation dated 24.10.2026, the petitioner requested for copies of documents referred to in the show cause notice. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Accepting notice for all the respondents, Mr.S.Iniyan Karthik, learned Government Advocate, submits that the documents referred to in the show cause notice would be provided to the petitioner within two weeks.
3. Considering the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
i. The second respondent shall provide copies of documents referred to in the show cause notice to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
ii. Within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof, the petitioner shall respond to the show cause notice.

iii. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, an order shall be issued within two months from the date of receipt of the petitioner's reply to the show cause notice.
