Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the writ petition, respondents have passed another order rejecting the case of the petitioner on 28.09.2026; That order also requires to be assailed. Therefore, petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh after incorporating the subsequent developments. In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
