2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Primary School Jukain, Education Block Gopalpur-I, District Mandi. His grievance is that his representation dated 28.02.2025, (Annexure P-4), seeking inter-district transfer has not been considered and decided till date.

Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer notification/policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so taken be also communicated to the petitioner.
