Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 31.10.2026 and copy of order dated 31.07.2026, passed by the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record.

2. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay stage in the concerned level of pay matrix i.e. Rs.41,300/- (Level-9, Cell-

6) after completion of two years of their regular service, however, subject to final outcome of the LPA filed by the Government/Education Department against the judgment

passed in CWP No.4830 of 2023.

3. Once the Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh has passed an order and further the petitioners have been allowed the higher pay stage, they are entitled to the arrears.

4. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the needful shall be done within a period of eight weeks.

5. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not paid to the petitioners within the aforesaid period, they may take an appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
