2. Major Dr. Avaninder Kumar, Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur and Mr. Vinay Awasthi, Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur, submit that the judgment sought to be executed shall be complied with on or before 31.01.2027.

3. In view of the undertaking given by Major Dr. Avaninder Kumar, Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur and Mr. Vinay Awasthi, Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur, the present execution petitions are disposed of. However, it is made clear that in case the judgment(s) sought to be executed is not complied with in letter and spirit on or before 31.01.2027, the petitioner(s) shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petitions. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
