While placing on record communication dated 12.10.2026, issued under the signature of Joint Controller, HPF & AS, HPTDC, Head Office Dharamshala, learned counsel representing the respondents states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, arrears of gratuity as well as leave encashment stand paid to the petitioner and at present, nothing remains to be paid to the petitioner.
