This petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order, but with the observation that as Mr. Vikrant Chandel, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that the case is now listed before the Executing Court tomorrow and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Executing Court tomorrow. In case he does appear before the learned Court below tomorrow in person, then order dated 07.08.2026, passed in Case No.73 of 2026, titled Kanta Devi Versus Bhed Ram, shall not be executed in a punitive manner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
