O.A. No.548/2025 O R D E R (ORAL) By Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J) M.A./5465/2026 There is no representation on behalf of the applicant, however, we find that by way of the present M.A., the applicant seeks withdrawal of O.A./548/2025 and M.A./644/2025, along with all consequential proceedings emanating there from.
2. It is stated in Para 3 of such M.A. that the matter is pending before this Tribunal since 2025 and the desired relief of the applicant has since become infructuous, and therefore, nothing remains in the said matter to seek and proceed against the respondents. The present M.A. is supported by an affidavit of the original applicant.
3. In such facts and circumstances, M.A./5465/2026 is allowed to the extent that O.A./548/2025 and M.A./644/2025 are allowed to be withdrawn.
4. Accordingly, M.A./5465/2026 stands disposed of and O.A./548/2025 and M.A./644/2025 stand dismissed as withdrawn.
