For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Yogesh Sharma For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Amar Nath Pandey Order of The Tribunal C.P./773/2026 in O.A./1237/2025 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that Writ Petition filed by the respondents against the order/judgment of the Tribunal has been admitted, however, the stay sought by them has been rejected by the Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 09.10.2026.
2. In the light of the aforesaid, under instructions, learned counsel for the respondents seeks and is allowed four weeks' time to file an affidavit indicating full compliance of directions of the Tribunal, ofcourse, subject to outcome of the Writ Petition.
3. Re-notify the matter on 02.12.2026.
