Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents, places on record an order dated 27.10.2026. However, it is not clear from the said order whether the directions issued by this Tribunal have been complied with. Accordingly, Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents, is directed to place on record, on the next date of hearing, the recommendation of the Committee along with the approval of the learned Commissioner to the said recommendation.
