1. Vide order dated 21.04.2026 at the request of the learned counsel for the respondents, further two weeks' time was granted to the respondents to file counter reply and also to make payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- in terms of the order dated 17.01.2026.
2. Further vide order dated 09.07.2026, further two weeks' time was granted to the respondents to file counter reply, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,500/- payable to the applicant.
3. Dr. Khan, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that counter reply has already been filed, however, the same is not on record. He submits that he is yet to take instructions with regard to payment of cost.
4. Let the respondents place on record proof of payment of costs and also ensure that the reply comes on record positively within two weeks.
