ORAL ORDER
(As per Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Judicial Member)
In the instant OA, the applicant is seeking the following relief: “To set aside the impugned order of the 6th respondent dated 14.08.2025, without revising the 6th Pay Commission, the pay scale was not upgraded from pay scale of (Rs.5500-9000) to pay scale of Rs.9300-34800) in the 6th CPC and pay arrears of the revised pay scale of the 6th and the 7th CPC to the applicant and pass such other and further order or orders as are deemed fit and proper by this Tribunal in the circumstances of the case.”
2. When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, the learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant had made representation dated 19/20.07.2025, to the respondents, ventilating his grievances, however, the same are pending for consideration. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the purpose of filing this OA will be fulfilled, if we direct the respondents to dispose of the applicant’s representation within a time-bound period.
3. Mr.D.Satyaveer, learned senior panel standing counsel, appears on advance notice and seeks time for getting appropriate instructions in the matter.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 19/20.07.2025, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as per rules and law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case.
