ORAL ORDER
(As per Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Judicial Member)
In the instant OA, the applicant is seeking the following relief: “To direct the Respondent No.3. to implement the order passed by the Respondent No. 1. Office on the basis of the Applicant's representations Dated 05.12.2024, 28.12.2025 and direct the Respondents to Revise my basic Pension as per Railway Board Lr.No.D-43/34/2017-F (E) III dt.24.10.2018, if found suitable and release all the benefits that flow from out of such a direction and pass such other and further order or orders as are deemed fit and proper by this Tribunal in the circumstances of the case.”
2. When the matter is taken up for admission hearing, the learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the applicant had made representations dated 10.12.2024 and 25.12.2025, to the respondents, ventilating his grievances, however, the same are pending for consideration. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the purpose of filing this OA will be fulfilled, if we direct the respondents to dispose of the applicant’s representations within a time-bound period.
3. Mr.D.Satyaveer, learned senior panel standing counsel, appears on advance notice and seeks time for getting appropriate instructions in the matter.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the pending representations of the applicant dated 10.12.2024 and 25.12.2025, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, as
