ORAL ORDER
(As per Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Judicial Member)
In the instant OA, the applicants are, seeking the following relief: “To call for the records pertaining to the impugned Lr.No.B2/OA 61/2015, dated 23.02.2022, rejecting the claim of the applicants for grant of temporary status and consequential absorption into the cadre of Group-D, and quash and set aside the same as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, and the law of the land and consequently declare that the applicants are entitled for grant of temporary status and consequential absorpltion into the cadre of Group-D with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. None for the applicants. It is seen from the record that on 17.10.2025, learned counsel Dr.A.Raghu Kumar submitted that he has already given up his role as Counsel for the applicants, and notice was ordered to be issued to the applicants. Though notice was issued to the applicants on 11.12.2025, which was received by them on 22.12.2025, there is no representation or reply from the applicants, and the matter was directed to be posted on 19.02.2026, before Circuit Bench at Vijayawada. On 19.02.2026 also, there was no representation on behalf of the Applicants and the matter was directed to be listed on 17.04.2026. Further, on 22.07.2025, there is no representation on behalf of the applicants despite notice was served on the applicants on 22.12.2025, and the matter was directed to be posted on 19.08.2026 under caption “for dismissal”. representation on behalf of the applicants, and this Tribunal observed that as per the proceedings dated 22.07.2026, the matter is directed to be listed on 19.08.2026, however, it appears that on the said date, the case was not listed and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted on 07.10.2026. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the Applicants.
3. Mr.D.Satyaveer, learned senior panel standing counsel, appearing on behalf of the Respondents, is present.
4. In view of the above, it appears that the applicants have lost interest in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, the OA is dismissed on account of non- prosecution. Pending MAs, if any, also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
