1. No synopsis has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant.

2. On perusal of the records and the synopsis filed by the learned counsel for the Respondents, it is seen that there is some inconsistency in the orders passed by the Disciplinary and Appellate Authorities. The Disciplinary Authority passed an order on 10.07.2018, imposing the penalty of reduction of pay by one stage i.e., from Rs.60,400/- to Rs.58,600/- for a period of 10 months from 01.08.2018 to 31.05.2019, with cumulative effect. Thereafter, the Appellate Authority passed an order on 24.06.2019, revising the punishment to that of reduction of pay by one stage i.e., from Rs.62,200/-to Rs.60,400/- for a period of 10 months from 01.08.2018 to 31.05.2019, without cumulative effect. It is further observed that in both the orders of Disciplinary and Appellate Authority, the period shown is from 01.08.2018 to 31.05.2019, and when the order of the Disciplinary Authority is itself dated 10.07.2018, it is not known as to how the period was shown as from 01.08.2018 to 31.05.2019 in the appellate order. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to clarify the aforementioned queries on the next date of hearing. List the case on 07.12.2026.
