He has invited indulgence of this Tribunal towards para 5 (f) (g) of the reply preferred by the respondents, wherein, it is submitted that NOC for participation in the selection process/Document Verification has already been duly granted to the applicant, and what remains under consideration is only the distinct and subsequent administrative process of examining and deciding the applicant's request for Technical Resignation and relieving from a Headquarters-controlled. The said reply was preferred on 20.08.2026. In view of the aforesaid, the respondents are directed to apprise the decision taken by the competent authority with regard to the acceptance of the Technical Resignation dated 14.01.2026. List the matter on 19.11.2026.
