For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Babu Lal Bishnoi Order of The Tribunal On receipt of an advance copy of the OA, Mr Babu Lal Bishnoi, appears on behalf of the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. Since the issue of fixation of pay of the applicant has yet to be decided by the respondents, it would be appropriate to wait the decision on the challenge made to correctness of fixation of pay vide order dated 27.10.2008 (Annexure-A/1). Perusal of the order dated 15.01.2024 (Annexure-A/9) reveals that communication is still going on regarding the grievance raised by the applicant. Therefore, at this stage, we dispose of this OA with direction to the respondents to decide the grievance raised by the applicant in this OA, treating the present OA as representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Disposed of accordingly.
