Order of The Tribunal Mr. Raghu Mehta, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that the present Contempt Petition, which is under defects, may be converted into an Execution Application, taking a sympathetic view of the matter, as the applicant is completely blind. The prayer is allowed. The Registry is directed to do the needful for conversion of the present Contempt Petition into an Execution Application, and accordingly give number to the Execution Application. It is however, made clear that the aforesaid conversion is being permitted as a one-time exception, having regard to the peculiar circumstances of the case and shall not be treated as a precedent.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives notice on behalf of the respondents. Let reply be filed on or before the next date of hearing. List on 31.12.2026.
