Mr. Rajesh Thappa, AAG appearing for respondents has stated that this T.A. has become infructuous in as much as applicant was reinstated some time back and is presently serving in Kishtwar which fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant. Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid submission of learned AAG, the Tranferred Application stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No order so as to costs. Interim order, if any, granted earlier shall stand vacated.
