1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. Since in the morning, Mr. Shah Aamir, learned counsel for PSC has submitted that he may not be available on couple of days for the reasons that he is involved in some domestic works, his absence is condoned.
3. Mr. Bhat Fayaz, learned counsel, representing Mr. Jehangir Abdullah, was asked to assist the Court in the matter by way of any judicial pronouncement, wherein Their Lordships of the Apex Court or any of the High Court in the country, laid law on the subject, Mr. Bhat submits that he would do that on the next date.
4. Let the matter be listed on 23.11.2026 as case No.1.
