1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

Learned counsel for the Respondents No. 1 to 3 submits that the said respondents have already forwarded the case of the applicant for grant of Provisional Pension to the Accountant General/ Respondent No. 4 on 26.09.2026. He further submits that he shall be filing the report, in this regard, before the Registry of this Tribunal, within the course of day. His statement is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 (Accountant General) is directed to place on record the latest status report, with regard to release of the Provisional Pension in favour of the applicant, on or before the date fixed.
