Counsel for the parties present. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is hopeful that on 30.10.2026, the pending judgment in criminal proceedings will be pronounced and the copy of the same will be received by her within a week thereon. Under the circumstances, as a last chance, learned counsel requests short accommodation to produce a copy of said order before this Tribunal. On the other hand, counsel for the respondents submits that the OA is pending before this Tribunal since 2016, therefore, no further time may be granted. Heard. We deem it appropriate to grant short accommodation to the applicant to place a copy of said order passed by Competent Criminal Court before this Tribunal, accordingly, list the matter for final hearing on 05.11.2026.
