No. 500/2026):- During the pendency of the OA, the respondents have issued another Memorandum dated 23.10.2026 with regard to looking after arrangement for CMS-RJT-Medical Department whereby for the period from 17.11.2026 to 27.11.2026 and for the period from 08.12.2026 to 17.12.2026 the applicant is ordered to look after to manage the work of CMS/RJT. Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the M.A. No. 533/2026 filed by him for issuance of certain directions upon the respondents with regard to communication dated 19.10.2026 (Annexure MA/3) does not survive, accordingly, the M.A. No. 533/2026 is disposed of. Order in M.A. No. 534/2026 (Amendment in O.A. No. 500/2026):- During the pendency of the OA, the respondents have rejected the representation of the applicant filed against the impugned orders. The applicant intends to challenge the same, therefore, she has filed M.A. No. 534/2026 for amendment in the OA. Heard.
Considering the facts and grounds as stated in M.A. No. 534/2026, the same is allowed. Counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the OA within a period of two weeks from today and supply a copy of amended OA to the counsel for the respondents. On receipt of the same, counsel for the respondents is directed to file the reply to the amended OA within a period of two weeks. List the matter for further order on 17.12.2026.
