CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL MUMBAI Order Sheet Item no.: 11 O.A./767/2026 (NAGPUR) [ REVERSION ] Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 2 Order Dated: 26/10/2026 SAURAV KUMAR Vs SOUTH EAST CENTRAL RAILWAY

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Adv. S V Banerjee For Respondent(s) Advocate : Adv N P Lambat Order of The Tribunal Ld. Counsel for the applicant submits that respondent no. 7 was selected as SC candidate. He was placed below the applicant in the seniority list. Now the seniority list has been changed on account of the marks obtained by respondent no. 7 and marks obtained by the applicant in training, though they were sent in different batches for training. Respondent no. 7 obtained higher marks than the applicant and therefore he was placed above the applicant.

2. We find that these facts have not been pleaded by the applicant. We also find that there is no clarity in the pleadings in the application and reply as to how many candidates were sent batch wise.

3. Ld. Counsel for the respondents states that he will place the details as regards candidates sent for training batch wise in the RRB panel in question. They will also provide the merit/seniority as per RRB and changes after training. The Respondents to also inform if Respondent No. 7 had qualified CBT-1 as reserved candidate.

4. Stand over to Circuit Bench sitting of Nagpur in November, 2026. Sangam Narain Srivastava Member (A) Justice M.G.Sewlikar Member (J) C Kumar ( court master )
