CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL LUCKNOW 7/5, GOMTI NAGAR EXTENSION, LUCKNOW Order Sheet Item no.: 53 O.A./420/2025 (LUCKNOW) [ PROMOTION ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] With M.A./392/2026 TAKING R.A. Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 15 Order Dated: 26/10/2026 RATAN KANT PANDEY Vs HOME AFFAIRS

For Applicant(s) Advocate : DIKSHA SINGH

For Respondent(s) Advocate : PRAYAGMATI GUPTA FOR RESP.NO.1, SHUBHENDU SINGH FOR SHAILENDRA SINGH RAJAWAT FOR RESP.NOS.2 TO 4, NONE FOR RESP.NO.5 Order of The Tribunal Heard Ms. Diksha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Prayagmati Gupta, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, Shri Shubhendu Singh holding brief for Shri Shailendra Singh Rajawat, learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 4 and perused the records. None present on behalf of Respondent No.5. Perusal of the record reveals that counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of respondent no.1 and respondent no.5. However, several opportunities have been provided for filing counter affidavit, hence, opportunity to file counter affidavit of respondent no.1 and 5 is closed. As none present on behalf of respondent no.5 and counter affidavit has also not been filed, hence, the case to proceed ex-parte against respondent no.5. Thus, pleadings are complete and the matter is ripe for final hearing.

In view of the above, list this case on 30.11.2026 for final hearing.
