ORDER
Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of the Court to order dated 13.11.2024, whereby approval of discharge was granted by the Record Office to submit that the discharge was because the applicant was unwilling to continue to serve against a sheltered appointment. Thus, it was a case of deemed invalidment. The applicant was entitled to grant of disability pension and for the said purpose, the extent of disability is immaterial.
