ORDER
The case has been listed for today because SLP(C) No. 027725 of 2024 stands decided vide order dated 24.03.2026. Defence Security Corps (DSC) personnel have been given the benefit of condonation of shortfall in service to the extent stated in the judgement.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgement has been implemented. Pension Payment order dated 07.08.2026 has been issued.
