ORDER
The applicant was discharged on fulfilment of terms of enrolment on 31.01.2026. He was in a Permanent Low Medical Category on account of disability of ‘Fracture of the Medial Malleolus’, the extent of which was assessed to be 03% for life and attributable to military service. Claim for grant of disability element was rejected because the extent of disability was less than 20%.
Earlier Categorization Medical Boards have also assessed the extent at 03%.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to argue the case.
