CMP No. 13181/2015.
By the medium of this application, the applicant has sought modification/vacation of interim order dated 24.12.2015 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in this petition. It is specifically averred in the application that the election process has come to an end on 21.12.2015 and applicant/respondent No. 3 stands already elected un- opposed. The writ petitioner has not disclosed the said fact, rather concealed the same. In view of this position, the order dated 24.12.2015 has lost its efficacy. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, if still aggrieved.
CWP No. 4795/2015.
In view of the above, this petition does not survive and is accordingly dismissed alongwith pending applications, if any.
