Mr. Romesh Verma, learned Additional Advocate General stated at the Bar that the petitioners have not filed the representation in terms of the direction contained in the judgment. The petitioners are at liberty to file fresh representation alongwith the copy of the judgment made by this Court, within one week from today before the respondents. The respondents are directed to consider the same and make decision within six weeks thereafter.
