Heard for some time. At this stage, Mr. K.D. Sood, learned senior counsel appearing for respondents No. 2 and 3 has stated that in compliance to the directions issued by this Court in CWP No. 275 of 2001, respondents No. 2 and 3 are in the process of formulating rules with regard to the employees serving with the respondent-trust. Mr. Sood further stated that services of the employees presently engaged by respondents No. 2 and 3, like the petitioner, shall not be terminated by 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

2 respondents No. 2 and 3 in the interregnum and after the formulation of the rules, they will be considered for adjustment etc. as per rules and directions passed by this Court in CWP No. 275 of 2001.

Mr. Abhinay Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by learned senior counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3, he does not intends to pursue this petition at this stage and he may be permitted to withdraw it with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for the redressal of his grievance, if any, in case he is not suitably adjusted after formulations of the rules. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
