It is seen that original counsel is not putting appearance on behalf of the appellant. On the previous date Ms. Ritu Raj Sharma appeared as vice counsel on his behalf. However, today again there is no appearance on his behalf. The appellant seems to be no more interested to prosecute this appeal any further. The appeal is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution.
