Petitioner’s apprehension that the recommendations, by the Selection Committee, are likely to be made dehors the Rules is misconceived on facts and in law. As such, we see no reason to interfere with the present petition, which, in our considered view, is premature. Hence, the same is dismissed, so also pending application(s), if any.
