Mr. Romesh Verma, the learned Additional Advocate General stated at the Bar that the respondents have passed the consideration order in terms of judgment made by the learned Single Judge in CWP (T) No. 7005 of 2008 dated 10.3.2011, which is subject matter of this LPA. His statement is taken on 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?.

2. In view of the consideration order passed by the respondents, this LPA has become Infructuous and is dismissed as such. However, the appellant is at liberty to question the consideration order and seek all reliefs sought in the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this LPA is disposed of along with pending applications, if any, as indicated hereinabove.
