By an order dated November 29, 2017, W.P.A. 26213 of 2017 was dismissed for default. An application being newCAN 1 of 2019 was filed for recalling of the said order datedNovember 29, 2017 and restoration of W.P.A. 26213 of 2017.

Now it is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner byfiling CAN 2 of 2023 that the writ petitioner does not want toproceed with CAN 1 of 2017.

Such prayer is considered and allowed.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2023 is disposed of.

CAN 1 of 2017 is also disposed of without any order.
